Shipping and Delivery Conditions
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver our products throughout Europe and internationally.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed to you during the order process.
Depending on the country of delivery, additional costs such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are to be borne by the customer and are beyond our control.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time is usually 7–14 business days.
In individual cases, longer delivery times may occur, especially during high demand, for custom products, or for international deliveries.
4. Shipping Process
Shipping is carried out by external shipping service providers.
As we sometimes work with international suppliers (dropshipping), shipping may in individual cases occur from different warehouses.
5. Delivery Delays
We assume no liability for delivery delays caused by the shipping service provider, customs clearance, or other external circumstances beyond our control.
6. Transfer of Risk
The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods transfers to the customer upon handover.
7. Partial Deliveries
We are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you.
8. Tracking
If available, you will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped.
9. Incorrect Address Information
The customer is obliged to provide a correct and complete delivery address.
We assume no liability for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.
10. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to circumstances for which the customer is responsible and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for renewed shipping costs.
